LETS get back to the topic. So what is the significant experience for me working in a group? I have learnt to adapt to each other character on how we solve/ work as a group. In each cases, we actually does not know each other until we het together in a group. Hence, we need to compromise and get a hand of eachother.
So, as an individual contributor what experience has i gained? I experienced to take a bigger responsibility in doing the project alone and taking the initiative in sending the leader my work. Everything takes two hands to clap:>:> hehe. (THOUGH i did not see my team mates before)
For now, i didnt really meet with any challenges but i guess the leader has :/ . In order to help the leader, i Just need to check my sch email regularly in order to keep up with the work to be done. this is how pathetic our group communicate:<
ADVICE?! i guess they have to do their work regularly and make sure they dont miss out lessons often else they would be blur haha. I wouldnt advice them to be lazy! EFFORT is the needed key to success haha.
Finally, i would use wiki to a certain extent. Because wiki is a common site and if everyone is using wiki, answers would then be the same!
